In August 2007, we opened a new factory and showroom. Previously, local and international customers have visited our showroom and now it is more beautiful and spacious than ever. Please do not hesitate to stop by our showroom when visiting Japan!

2. Joint Assembly process
3. Frame work assembly, Make Skull.
4. Inner structure for weight lightening
5. Fixation of frame in to the mold.
6. Fill in silicon.
7. Set silicon.
8. De-mold the doll.
9. Rest the silicon doll.
10. Finishing
11. Make up and paint.
12. Packing, Ship out.
4woods can ship by UPS and DHL for over sea customers from April 2007. UPS is a new forwarder from 4woods. UPS and DHL will deliver your doll immediately.
